Recruitment of Officer Scale-I
North Malabar Gramin Bank is one of the 105 Regional Rural Banks operating in the country established under Regional Rural Banks Act 1976. The ownership is vested with The Govt of India, Govt of Kerala and Syndicate Bank.
1. Officer Scale-I (21 Posts)
Reserved to (SC-3, ST-1, OBC-5)
Age Limit : 18 years and 26 years (as on 01.09.2009)
Pay Scale : Rs.10000 - 470/6 - 12820 - 500/3 - 14320 - 560/7 - 18240
Eligibility Criteria :
a) Candidate must be a Citizen of India
b) The candidates should have proficiency in Malayalam.
Educational Qualification : (As on 01.09.2009)
a) Degree of recognised University in any discipline with 60% marks.(55% marks for SC/ST/OBC)
b) Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS DOS, MS Word, MS Excel ,Networking.
c) Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualification in Engineering, Business Administration , Law, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Horticulture, Marketing.
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written test and interview.
Test Centres and Date of Examination :
Written test is proposed to be held tentatively on 25.10.2009 at following Centres.
KANNUR (11), KASARAGOD (12), ERNAKULAM (13), KOTTAYAM (14), ALAPPUZHA (15) & KOLLAM (16). (Centre Code given in brackets)
Application Fee :
Rs. 200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/OBC) paid only by Bank Pay Order/Bank Demand Draft payable at Kannur in favour of "NORTH MALABAR GRAMIN BANK - RECRUITMENT - OFFICER SCALE-I - 2009" Candidates should write his/her name and address on the reverse of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
