In addition, attractive perquisites such as Medical, LTC, Leave Encashment, House Building/ Conveyance Advance, Gratuity, PF, etc. are available as per rules. After successful completion of training the Management Trainees will be absorbed as Junior Manager in the IDA scale of pay of Rs. 12600-32500.
Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EX Servicemen / PC shall be as per Govt. guidelines.

UR/OBC applicants shall submit their applications along with Demand Draft for Rs. 200/- (Rs. Two Hundred Only) shall be drawn in favour of BECIL, New Delhi. Cheques and IPO’s will not be accepted. No fee shall be payable by SC/ST/PC candidates.

Job Description
Promoting the company's products and services and identifying the targets for promotional events/sponsorships
Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
Planning and scheduling activities related to management of customer relations

On successful completion of the training period, they will be taken on regular rolls of the Company. Batch of 2007 and 2008 can also apply with an experience, preferably in Commodity business
