(e)On payment, the receipt portion of the challan (counterfoil) will be given back to the candidate by the concerned branch, however the candidate should ensure for collection of following details from the branch:. TRANSACTION ID ( AA ..), BRANCH NAME , BRANCH CODE ,DATE OF REMITTANCE
After filling in the form, candidates are required to SUBMIT the application form. If the application is accepted the system will generate a registration number and a password.Candidates have to take a printout of the system generated online application form IMMEDIATELY by clicking on the given link.The system generated printout of the application has to be retained by the candidate and SHOULD NOT be sent to Star Union Dai-Ichi offices.Candidates should keep a copy of the application print out and payment receipt (Pay-in-Slip) for their record.
